Can I book a free discovery call before committing?
Absolutely — it is actually our recommended first step. Every family gets a free 20-minute discovery call to discuss your child's needs before any enrolment decision is made.

Do you accept payment in Naira?
Yes. We accept NGN via Flutterwave, as well as GBP, USD, and CAD. Payment plans are also available. Contact us to discuss the option that works best for your family.

What if my child's needs don't fit a specific programme?
Reach out and tell us about your child — we assess every application individually. Some children benefit from a custom pathway or 1:1 work before joining a cohort programme.

Do you work with schools or organisations?
Yes — we offer partnership programmes for schools, diaspora community groups, churches, and corporate family welfare initiatives. Email partnerships@rootsandwings.ng to discuss.

Are sessions recorded if my child misses a live class?
Yes. All live sessions are recorded and made available to enrolled families within 24 hours. We understand that life happens — especially across time zones.
