More Than a Programme β€”
A Proven Catalyst

Roots & Wings is not a CSR box-tick. We are a rigorously designed, independently evaluated educational intervention with measurable outcomes β€” and a track record that speaks for itself.

Whether you're a secondary school in Abuja looking to complement your pastoral care, or a multinational investing in community development, we offer a genuine partnership: shared goals, shared data, and shared pride in the results.

πŸ“Š

Measurable, Reported Impact

Every partnership includes a formal impact report with pre/post assessments, parent feedback, and outcome data β€” giving you evidence you can share with stakeholders and boards.

🌍

Nationally & Globally Recognised

Roots & Wings has been featured on BBC Africa, TEDx Lagos, and cited by the Nigerian Ministry of Education. Your brand is associated with credibility and genuine impact.

🎯

Tailored to Your Context

No two partnerships look the same. We work with your team to design a programme that fits your school's curriculum calendar, your company's CSR strategy, or your community's specific needs.

🀝

Long-Term Relationship, Not a Transaction

We invest in our partners as much as they invest in us. Dedicated account management, priority access to new research, and a seat at our annual stakeholder summit.

πŸ’›

Real Children. Real Families. Real Change.

Your investment is not abstract. We connect partners with the families their support reaches β€” through anonymised stories, cohort updates, and optional site-visit sessions.

Bring Roots & Wings
Into Your School

From primary schools in Port Harcourt to international academies in Abuja β€” our school partnership programmes are designed to integrate seamlessly with your existing pastoral care and personal development framework.

Why Your School
Needs This Now

Mental health referrals among Nigerian school-age children have risen sharply. Teachers report increasing difficulty managing emotional dysregulation in the classroom. Identity-related distress is particularly acute in international, private, and diaspora-serving schools.

Roots & Wings gives your school a structured, expert-delivered solution β€” not another assembly talk, but a sustained programme of emotional development delivered by qualified psychologists and coaches in live weekly sessions.

"As a school, we tried several wellbeing programmes before finding Roots & Wings. None of them spoke to our pupils the way this one does. The cultural grounding is what makes the difference β€” our children finally see themselves in the curriculum."

Partnership
FAQs

Everything you need to know before reaching out β€” though we're always happy to go deeper on a call.

1
Can a school outside Nigeria join as a partner?
Absolutely. All our programmes are delivered fully online, and we already serve schools in the UK, US, and Canada. Pricing for international schools is quoted in GBP or USD and adjusted for local context.
2
How are sponsored children selected?
We work with community organisations, schools, and social workers to identify children from under-resourced families who would benefit most. Sponsors set any specific criteria they wish β€” geography, age group, programme tier β€” and we handle all selection with care and sensitivity.
3
What does the impact report contain?
Each report includes pre/post EQ assessment scores, attendance and engagement data, facilitator observations, anonymised parent feedback, and a summary of outcomes against the programme's stated goals. Gold sponsors receive additional narrative case studies with family consent.
4
Can we brand the programme with our company name?
Silver and Gold sponsors can co-brand the programme β€” for example, "The Zenith Bank Roots & Wings Growing Strong Cohort." We work with your communications team to ensure branding guidelines are respected and the partnership is presented with integrity.
5
Is sponsorship tax-deductible in Nigeria?
Roots & Wings Academy operates as a registered social enterprise. We recommend you consult your tax advisor, but many of our corporate partners structure their contributions as charitable donations or education levies under FIRS guidelines. We can provide documentation to support your filing.
6
How long does it take to launch after signing?
For school partnerships, we typically onboard within 3–4 weeks of contract signing β€” allowing time for staff briefings, parent communications, and technical setup. For corporate sponsorships funding existing cohorts, impact can begin within 2 weeks.

The children we serve today are the leaders, innovators, and community builders of tomorrow. The best time to invest in them was yesterday. The second-best time is now.
